ITSO Partners with Voiceflip to Launch AI Assistant Ardi for Ontario Real Estate Professionals

Ardi, short for Artificial Reasoning and Decision Intelligence, delivers instant, 24/7 answers to user questions on topics such as Matrix functionality, MLS® rules and policies, listing procedures, system features, professional standards, compliance, and Member Association services. Trained on ITSO's internal knowledge and customized to reflect its tone and culture, Ardi is accessible in Matrix, on ITSO’s consumer facing website, and in more than 25 languages.
