We started it because too many people were drowning in support questions:
“Where do I find that form?” “How do I log in?” “What’s the rule for this?” Every day. All day. Again and again.
The people holding it all together (staff, admins, support teams) were burning out just trying to keep up, and no one was building tech that actually helped.
As a team of real estate pros, AI PhD nerds, data whiz scientists, and accessibility advocates, we are dedicated to lightening the load. Quieting the chaos. Bringing peace back to the workday and making sure everyone can get the answers they need.
