Terms and Conditions – SMS Support Service

This Terms and Conditions agreement governs the use of SMS-based support services provided by Voiceflip (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with ARMLS member support.

1. Program Description

Voiceflip provides an AI-powered SMS support service that allows real estate professionals to send questions and receive responses related to MLS rules, listings, and operational procedures.

This service is conversational and user-initiated. Messages are sent only in response to inquiries made by the user and are strictly informational and support-related. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this program.

2. User Consent (Opt-In)

By initiating a text message to the designated support phone number, you consent to receive SMS responses related to your inquiry.

Consent is obtained when:

  • A user sends a message to the support number

  • The user engages in an ongoing SMS conversation

No messages will be sent unless initiated by the user.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on user interaction. Users will only receive messages in response to their inquiries or ongoing conversations.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Voiceflip is not responsible for any messaging charges incurred by the user.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this service unless you initiate a new conversation.

7. Privacy
